Dare ‘Art’ Alade has since a tender age knew where fame was going to come from and where his skills & talents was going to be better appreciated. Dare had this longing to become a singer/musician since a tender age of eight and has childhood memories of rummaging through his father’s extensive Jazz collection and tagging along with him to musical concerts.
Not many people took Dare serious when he boasted he was going to produce one of the best R’n'B/Soul album that will ever grace Nigeria’s entertainment industry. Since he dropped his 2nd album titled ‘Un-Darey-Ted, Dare ‘Art’ Alade has successfully fulfilled his promise. Dare’s ‘Un-Darey-Ted’ album is a touch of class and a masterpiece. The 13 track album has lovely hits like Not The Girl, Carry Dey Go Ft. 2face, More and Style Na Style Ft. 9ice. Dare has come of age since his debut album ‘From Me To U’ and this clearly shows in his ‘Un-Darey-Ted’ album.
Dare ‘Art’ Alade’s fans would definitely have something to cheer about because Dare has set a high level of standard by which subsequent R’n'B/Soul album would be judged and appraised. The ‘Un-Darey-Ted’ album featured guest performances by 2face, 9ice, Naeto C, Cobhams amongst others.
