HHWA 2009: And The Winners Are?
It has come and it has gone!!!. The winners of the 2009 HipHop World Awards, which was held yesterday Saturday 16th May, at the International Conference Center, Abuja is out.
It was definitely 9ice day as he banged in 4 awards while M.I and Omowumi shared 2 awards each. Also the Best Producer of The Year went to ID Cabasa for his work on 9ice ‘Gongo Aso’ album.
It was a top of the hat performance from the likes of Blaise, Kel, M.I, Sasha, Lord of Ajasa etc while the duo of Banky W and Kemi Adetiba anchored the event in an exceptional way.

djspeaky, the awards took place yesterday and what you can see posted here is the list of the winners of the awards not an allejo review of the awards..
I guess the award was a reflection of how people voted which might/might not be a true reflection of who we think should win…
Take the case of this years Grammy, who would have thot Robert Plant and Alison Krauss could win the Album of the Year/Record of the Year awards?

This Award is pure Politics..Noncense..is 9ice an R&B Artist? I c no reason why 9ice will work home with 4 Awards while D-Banj & 2 Face get noting..HHWA Sucks..They dont knw hw 2 organsie an Award i hate them if i had my way i will shut down that organisation..Hisss
